Breezes Grand Negril Resort & Spa host its “Zumba & Pilates Week” August 5 – 11 with complimentary core-strengthening Pilates and Latin-dance inspired Zumba classes lead daily by New York-based Aerobics and Fitness Association of America instructor Linda A. Robinson. Each class will be followed by a healthy eating break featuring exotic fruits and nutritious snacks.
Every morning, Robinson will teach a beachside Pilates class designed to increase the balance, flexibility and strength of the body. Pilates is a full body workout that helps to not only build core strength, but lengthen muscles and heighten awareness and control of one’s body and breathing. Every afternoon, Robinson will host a Zumba class, a Latin-inspired dance fitness.
Breezes Grand Negril is situated on the white sand beaches of Jamaica’s western shore, making it the perfect place to unwind after a good workout. Aside from the wellness program, guests can partake in myriad land and water activities. Rates during the August 5-11 “Zumba & Pilates Week” start at $250 per person, per night based on double occupancy with a three night minimum stay. The hotel welcomes adults 18 years and older.
