Jamaica Tourist Board Rolls World’s Largest Stress Ball Into New York’s Times Square for New Campaign Launch


On November 12, the Jamaica Tourist Board (JTB) brought the world’s largest stress ball to Times Square New York to introduce their new advertising campaign, JAMAICA – GET ALL RIGHT. New Yorkers were encouraged to squeeze the 24-ft. stress ball to de-stress and the JTB team members were onsite to give away free trips to Jamaica, while VP Records hosted a performance by Jamaican reggae artist Gyptian. Liberty Travel also participated with six agents on-site offering special discounts on Jamaica vacations and a $50 credit distributed on luggage name tags.

The new campaign, JAMAICA – GET ALL RIGHT, is a call to action for travelers to visit the island. Jamaica is synonymous with relaxation and a calm state of mind, and the “everything is all right” idiom is not just spoken, but is a state of being.

In addition, the JTB teamed up with 13 participating hotel properties to offer an exclusive destination-wide deal via www.getallrightjamaica.com. Travelers must book by December 15 for travel January 1 – April 1, 2014.
