The Cape Town leg of the journey also includes a daytrip to 17,300-acre Cape Point Nature Reserve.

The tour next moves to Johannesburg, where travelers stay the next three nights at Crowne Plaza Johannesburg — The Rosebank. Spending day in the area known as Soweto, which played a pivotal role in the anti-apartheid struggle through the 1976 student uprisings. At the Apartheid Museum, a series of 22 individual exhibition areas takes the visitor through a dramatic, emotional journey revealing the state-sanctioned system based on racial discrimination and the struggle of the majority to overthrow tyranny. A visit to Constitutional Hill punctuates the story of South Africa’s turbulent past and its extraordinary transition to democracy.
