JetBlue announced new non-stop services for the winter season to Gregorio Luperón International Airport in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic (POP) and Hewanorra International Airport in Saint Lucia (UVF). Both services will commence on November 1, 2014 and operate once weekly on Saturdays.
The new destination represents JetBlue’s 53rd and 54th nonstop routes out of Boston, and JetBlue will offer the only nonstop service between Boston and Saint Lucia.
“JetBlue offers more nonstop flights to the Caribbean than any other airline. With three new routes to the Caribbean and Latin America, Bostonians will have even more options for their well-deserved vacations,” said JetBlue President Robin Hayes.
JetBlue’s schedule between Boston (BOS) and Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic (POP) effective November 1, 2014:
BOS to POP: Depart 10:30 a.m. Arrive 3:24 p.m.
POP to BOS: Depart 4:20 p.m. Arrive 7:10 p.m.
JetBlue’s schedule between Boston (BOS) and Saint Lucia (UVF) effective November 1, 2014:
BOS to UVF: Depart 9:45 a.m. Arrive 3:29 p.m.
UVF to BOS: Depart 4:25 p.m. Arrive 8:40 p.m.
JetBlue currently offers getaway packages which included added convenience by bundling flights and hotels with car rentals and other amenities and activities. Packages are available across destinations throughout the Caribbean including Dominican Republic and Saint Lucia.
