EVA Air is giving passengers more flexibility and convenience by adjusting its Los Angeles schedule effective August 4, 2016 to offer midday departures that arrive in Taipei in time for dinner or an easy nighttime connection to Bangkok, Hong Kong, Manila or Saigon. The return flight lands in Los Angeles in the morning, early enough for passengers to put in a full day of work or travel onward to destinations throughout the United States, Central or South America.

EVA flight BR05 departs Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) at 12:50 pm and arrives in Taipei’s Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) at 5:05 pm the following day. Return flight BR06 leaves Taipei at 10:10 am and arrives in Los Angeles at 7:40 am the same day. In addition to adjusting its Los Angeles schedule, EVA is in the process of adding second daily departures from New York that are also scheduled for midday. By October 3, it will offer two flights a day, New York – Taipei. At the same time, EVA is increasing frequencies on routes within Southeast Asia, boosting the number of easy onward connections from North America via Taipei to 124 a week by year-end. Among several current Southeast Asia routes to see increased frequency, it is adding more flights to Manila and Saigon.

The added flights, adjusted Los Angeles and New York schedules and launch of a Chicago-Taipei route on November 3 will equip EVA to offer travelers from throughout North America greater convenience, more choices and easier access to not only popular tourism destinations but also markets, financial centers and manufacturing hubs throughout Asia. EVA also serves Houston, San Francisco, Seattle, Toronto and Vancouver in North America.
