I have been in the travel industry for 33 years as a retail agent, sales manager for Bolongo Bay Beach Resort in St Thomas, and as a mutli-line representative for the past 20 years. Having lived in the Caribbean it was a perfect fit to specialize in the region that I know and love. I work with smaller properties and educate travel agents about why they should consider sending clients to our properties, for very different experience than the mass market resorts. We work with agents to help them develop their business in niche markets. I believe in keeping agents updated on the destinations as well as the fine properties we represent: Anse Chastanet/Jade Mountain St Lucia, Bougainvillea Beach Resort Barbados, & Bolongo Bay Beach Resort, USVI via e-mail and social media.

Face to face sales calls are made in New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. In addition if traveling to attend trade shows I will do sales calls in those cities.

I specialize in the sales/marketing for intimate Caribbean properties, and if needed we can handle tour operator contracting and OTA’s as well. I attend both travel agent and consumer shows trade shows throughout the US for clients as a group which means I can expand marketing budgets.
