The four-day, three-night tour is loaded with adventure, from an Oregon wine dinner 7,500 feet up the slopes of Mount Hood, to battling Chinook salmon on the rugged Oregon coast—and everything epicurean in between. The first day on the itinerary includes an exclusive exploration of the Columbia River Gorge and Hood River Valley. Guests are treated to views of spectacular waterfalls, walks in pristine wine country, a private tour and tasting at Full Sail Brewing, a wine tasting and tour at Marchesi Winery, and a night spent at Oregon’s most treasured landmark, the Timberline Lodge.

Day two take guests to the historic Willamette Valley, a place that is famous for its pastoral farmland and delicious produce including berries, hazelnuts, and Pinot Noir. The day includes a journey through the beautiful Oregon Gardens, a tour and tasting at Willamette Valley Cheese Company, a visit to Certified Nuts, and an olive oil and wine tasting experience at Red Ridge Farm. The night ends with a stay at the stunning Black Walnut Inn and Vineyard.

On the third day of the trip, visitors travel to rugged Northern Oregon coast to discover quaint seaside towns, popular Cannon Beach, and beautiful Ecola State Park. Aside from the dramatic coastline vistas, guests have an opportunity to go salmon fishing or crabbing in Garibaldi and go foraging for mushrooms. Participants are also treated to a dinner and interactive cooking class at EVOO in Cannon Beach and accommodation at the lovely Stephanie Inn.

The grand finale of this bountiful exploration includes a culinary journey through the city of Portland, a place that is well-known for its large number of microbreweries and micro distilleries, unique restaurants, and innovative arts and cultural scene. After a delectable breakfast at Wayfarer Oceanfront Dining, guests wind their way through Portland on an Edible City Tour followed by lunch and an exclusive cocktail making class at the Beaker & Flask.
