TRS Yucatan Hotel, located on a prime stretch of beach on Mexico’s Caribbean coast, reopened on December 1st following extensive renovations and offering a new level of personalized service through its Infinite Indulgences® program. The five-star resort is part of Palladium Hotel Group’s re-branded adults-only offering, TRS Hotels, and is a conversion of the former The Royal Suites Yucatan by Palladium and neighboring hotel Grand Palladium Riviera Resort & Spa.

The five-star resort’s new Infinite Indulgence® concept is an evolution of the ‘all-inclusive’ plan. Offering customer service that goes beyond the conventional, the program allows guests to enjoy luxury without limits, savor the highest quality gastronomy and relax in spaces created to reconnect with nature.

“As the adult market in Mexico and the Caribbean continues to grow, Palladium Hotel Group seeks to make a difference through the evolution of its exclusive adults-only brand, TRS Hotels, and for this reason important renovations were executed at the Riviera Maya properties,” said Sergio Zertuche, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at Palladium Hotel Group.

The renovations include the creation of 454 suites, which include those from the former The Royal Suites Yucatan by Palladium and the integration of rooms from the Grand Palladium Riviera Resort & Spa. The suites, some with private pools, boast terraces and magnificent views. In addition, they feature a wide range of services such as pillow menu, flat screen TV, Internet connection, safe, 24-hour room service and a full mini-bar that is refilled daily. The suites are housed in 13 villas with a special butler service that are ideal for couples, groups, or an intimate honeymoon.

Inspired by the resort’s surrounding nature, vegetation and marine life, the design concept incorporates colonial nuances and contemporary style. A fusion of local architecture with modern materials has given the new hotel a unique and luxurious character, the insignia of the TRS Hotels brand. Playing a key role in the renovations, TRS Yucatan Hotel’s new à la carte restaurants offer an international culinary tour, from French style at La Bohème, Italian dishes at Tentazione, fine meat-cuts at El Gaucho, to glamour combined with contemporary style at the Chic Cabaret & Restaurant or gourmet cuisine at Capricho. The upgrade also adds new beachfront innovations that will feature at all TRS Hotels, including a superior location, a signature beach club and live music. A new à la carte restaurant, Helios, follows the trail of the famous beach clubs of Ibiza serving authentic Mediterranean cuisine, while the new Gaia, Aurum and Io bars located in the lobby, by the pool and on the beach will offer refreshing cocktails.

The entertainment options are accompanied by places to relax, such as the Helios Infinity Pool, a multi-level pool where the water merges with the Caribbean horizon. There’s also the Las Rocas salt-water pool, for the exclusive use of guests staying at TRS Yucatan Hotel, featuring a large solarium with lounge chairs, sunbeds and Balinese beds. For sports enthusiasts, the pool and the beach offer activities such as snorkeling, kayaking and diving.

In addition, TRS Yucatan Hotel guests can take advantage of exclusive and complimentary access to the Zentropía Palladium Spa & Wellness center, offering peace and relaxation through a varied selection of facials and massages, as well as whirlpool tubs, sauna, steam rooms and a gym.

What’s more, guests can enjoy an even wider gastronomic and leisure offering, with preferential access to all the facilities and services available at the three Grand Palladium Resort & Spa properties located next door.
