At its annual conference last week in Las Vegas, Virtuoso, the leading international luxury travel network with nearly 9,000 travel advisors, announces winners of awards in various categories.
“To receive the Virtuoso Tourism Board of the Year Award for the second time in a row is a milestone for us,” said Alex Herrmann, Director Americas of Switzerland Tourism. “We feel truly honored as we are recognized first and foremost by Virtuoso travel advisors. It’s an acknowledgement that we hold high, and I am very pleased to share this recognition with my team.”
The “Tourism Board of the Year” award was presented to Switzerland Tourism at the Destination Showcase Dinner at the Bellagio Hotel. This was the second time in a row for Switzerland Tourism to be recognized with this prestigious award. A total of five leading tourism boards from around the world were nominated for this award.
