For the fifth year in a row, Montrose Travel has been named among the “Top 25” producers for Ensemble Travel® Group – one of the premier travel agency organizations in North America. As a Travel Management Company, Montrose Travel was honored for its leading sales performance of preferred supplier products in the U.S. in 2012, including cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, airlines, rental car, and travel insurance companies.

The second award was received by Montrose Travel’s marketing team at the prestigious annual black tie WAVE Gala put on by TravelAge West – a leading trade magazine for travel agents and the travel industry in the 14 western states.

The Trendsetter Award was for Best Use of Social Media, and was awarded for a successful Facebook photo contest as part of a multifaceted campaign earlier this year. The Campaign, entitled “Say Cheese!” featured vacation photos contributed by many employees, exclusive travel offers and discounts, as well as a Facebook contest where Facebook users could submit their “cheesiest” vacation photos for a chance to win a $500 travel spending spree.

Kelley Moreno, Montrose Travel’s Online Marketing Specialist commented, “The campaign we put together was a comprehensive tool that successfully generated over 700 new leads.
