Beginning January 26, 2021, Seven Stars Resort & Spa, Grace Bay Beach, Turks & Caicos has introduced complimentary rapid antigen testing for guests. The service is being offered in accordance with recently issued CDC guidelines requiring U.S. residents traveling internationally to show a negative COVID-19 test result before boarding their flight home.

To be performed in-room by a certified lab technician, the tests are being made available to all guests over the age of two. The process will be simple and easy for guests, while giving them added peace of mind.

The complimentary COVID-19 antigen test will be scheduled upon guest check-in. Per CDC guidelines, tests are to be conducted 24-72 hours prior to departure. Once tested, guests will receive their results within an hour. If the guest’s home state or country requires a PCR test, Seven Stars Resort & Spa will apply a $50 resort credit towards the $185 cost (per person). PCR test results will be returned within 24 hours.

Seven Stars Resort & Spa’s COVID-19 Protocols

These include advance check-in formalities to reduce “front desk” time upon arrival; infrared guest temperature checks; a care kit upon arrival; hand sanitizer stations throughout the property; reduced capacity throughout all resort outlets; turn-down service by request; and rigorous sanitization and housekeeping procedures property wide. In addition, the resort introduced its Anywhere Dining program, digital menus and a QR code ordering system, in addition to two new private spaces – The Tasting Room and Rooftop Garden for more intimate dining experiences.
