Fond Doux has announced the addition of Terencia Antoine to its team as the new wedding coordinator and restaurant supervisor. Ms. Antoine is from St. Lucia and studied Events Management at Cambridge University and has been a wedding coordinator for the past seven years.

In 2013 Fond Doux will undertake a $2 million addition to enhance its health and wellness experiences on its authentic working plantation. The enhancements include the construction of 5 newdeluxe cottages with rainforest showers and plunge pools, the refurbishing of the existing cottages, a larger lobby with a new lounge area in the main building, a new gym and a refurbished spa.
