Crillon Tours recently received a special recognition by the Chalalan Eco-Lodge located in Madidi National Park in representation of the San José de Uchupiamonas local native Community, for being one of the five best selling companies of tourist packages to this region of Bolivia. The event was held in December with the presence of the Bolivian Vice Minister of Tourism- Mr. Marco Machicado. In accepting the award Crillon Tours said that “it is glad that our constant efforts to promote this Amazon paradise is fruitful to the local community and visitors get to see the – other untouched side – of Bolivia”.

In other Crillon Tours news they share that they have finished a site inspection of the new Hotel Casa Fusion located in the residential Sopocachi area in La Paz, approximately 15 minutes by foot from down town. They share “for some the location seems to be strange, for others it is just perfect, having in mind the new trend of being away from hectic downtown. For us, it just seemed adequate for this low profile yet classy and modern accommodation. Their 13 Rooms are all equipped with the newest technology and are designed to spoil their guests. Personalized service is their motto and it is noticeable that the care for their visitors is their priority. The indoor and outdoor restaurant of the property is being run by a well experienced chef, serving international as well as national cuisine”.
