Grand Case Beach Club has implemented a special plan which protects guests financially in the event a hurricane either cancels or cuts short their vacation is being offered through December 2 by the Grand Case Beach Club, located on the ocean adjacent to Grand Case Village, the culinary capital of the island.

If guests are staying at the resort and an official evacuation is ordered, guests will not have to pay for any unused nights, and will receive a free future stay for the same number of nights as well. As an example, if a guest is booked for seven nights, and must evacuate after four, there will be no penalty for the three unused nights. In addition, guests will receive a voucher for a seven night future stay. In the event of an official hurricane warning issued for the island of St. Martin, the Grand Case Beach Club will waive the cancellation penalty and, at the guest’s option, either refund the full deposit or change the reservation to a future date. However, if guests are already at the resort when a hurricane warning is issued, they will be responsible for any unused nights in the event they decide to leave early.
