Long established San Diego based tour operator In Quest of the Classics announced today a tie up with UK-based Discover Travel & Tours.

“I am delighted to announce that we have joined forces with one of the leading UK & European receptive tour operators to further strengthen our tour operations in Europe” said Brian Mundy, President of In Quest of the Classics (IQOTC), adding “as we enter our 29th year in the USA, this merger will provide IQOTC with a stronger foothold in the UK and Europe – resulting in better product service and value for all our US clients.”

Together the California-based IQOTC and the UK-based DT & T plan to launch a new 2014 travel product – “Discover the Classics” – in the fall, to celebrate the 30th anniversary of IQOTC in the USA. All staff at the two companies are being retained.
