Rated by UNESCO with World Heritage status, these areas are a breeding ground for rare and endangered species. Macquarie Island is home to many thousands of penguins and elephant seals.
South-East Asia
Gulf of Siam Explorer departs October 10 and December 22; Thailand, Temples & Mekong on December 15; and Vietnam Explorer November 18, 27 and December 6. The voyages visit the coastline and islands of Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia. From cruising the Saigon River with its junks to venturing across the Mekong Delta and upstream to the Mekong River, the purpose-built Orion II is able to penetrate secluded backwaters and bays larger ships can’t venture.
