TravelSpan Vacations along with its sister company Amral’s Travel is presenting their Annual Diwali Tour to India, October 15–28, 2011. Participants will visit Mumbai, Jaipur, Agra, Mathura, Vrindavan, Haridwar, Rishikesh and New Delhi.

Departing New York, the group will be whisked away to the hustle and bustle of Mumbai, the home of Bollywood. Painted in pink, Jaipur, the princely city of Rajasthan dotted with forts, palaces, heritage hotels and monuments, will be the next stop. Agra, the eternal city of love, and visits to Fatehpursikri, built by Emperor Akbar, follow. Stops in Mathura and Vrindavan (Brajbhoomi) will be spiritually awakening. Aarti on the banks of the Ganges at Haridwar and Rishikesh and an evening boat ride will leave the onlooker in awe. The last leg of the tour and the grand Diwali Celebrations with fireworks, gifts, an impressive and elaborate dinner and sweets galore will be staged in New Delhi. Participants will also have the opportunity to shop there and visit the renowned Mother Theresa Orphanage. Interested persons can also take advantage of an optional one-week extension to visit South India: Puttparthy, Bangalore and Mysore.

International and domestic airfare, exclusive four- and five-star hotel accommodations, meals, ground transportation, tour guides, monument entrance fees and entertainment are included in the all-inclusive package.  TravelSpan’s previous Diwali Tour in October 2010 was highly successful.
