Travel Agents in New York City, Washington D.C., Chicago, Toronto, and Montreal will have the opportunity in late October and early November to meet Ecuador Suppliers during a series of half day “Discover Ecuador” seminars. This is the latest in a series of educational/business development seminars/workshops sponsored by the Ecuador Ministry of Tourism in unique venues in North America markets.

The 2012 “Discover Ecuador” sessions will be held in New York City Monday, October 29, at the American Museum of Natural History; Tuesday, October 30 in Washington D.C. at the “Newseum;” Wednesday, October 31 in Chicago at The Art Institute of Chicago; Thursday, November 1 at the CN Tower; and Friday, November 2, in Montreal at the famous Fairmont Le Reine Elizabeth Hotel. All venues are easily accessible by public transportation, and free parking when available will be provided for all Travel Agents.

The “Discover Ecuador” Schedule of Events includes a Continental Breakfast at 8:00; Destination Presentation at 9:00 featuring all tourism regions of Ecuador; 11:00 Pre-scheduled table-top meetings with Suppliers; and 1:00 Awards Luncheon.

Travel Agent Registration Fees are $15. Attendance is limited to 30-50 Travel Agents depending on space available, and participation is usually “sold out.”
